Refund, Deposit, and Cancelation Policy

Please read the following Refund, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging the services of JamOne International Sound, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Deposit

a. A deposit of half the quoted price is required to secure your event booking.

b. The deposit must be paid within the timeframe specified in the agreement to confirm and reserve the date and time for your event.

c. The deposit amount is non-refundable once paid, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation

a. If you need to cancel your event, we require a minimum notice of two weeks prior to the event date in order to be eligible for a partial refund.

b. If you cancel your event with at least two weeks' notice, we will refund 50% of the deposit amount.

c. If you cancel your event with less than two weeks' notice, no refund of the deposit will be provided.

Full Payment

a. The full payment for our services is due no later than the day of the event, before the start time

b. If the full payment is not received by the start time of the event, we reserve the right to cancel our services and retain the deposit.

Refunds

a. In the event that we are unable to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, illness), we will refund any payments made in full.

b. Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with this policy will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.

Modification or Rescheduling

a. If you need to modify or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability and our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

a. In certain exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or adapt this policy as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to affected clients.
